Dr. Keith Bhatia Color - CEO of SS8 Networks

Dr. Keith Bhatia

Chief Executive Officer & Board Member

Dr. Keith Bhatia rejoined SS8 in 2018 and has more than 25 years of leadership experience in both the telecom and IT markets. His expertise includes strategic planning, operations, driving key technical innovations, and international business.

Prior to SS8, Keith served as senior vice president and general manager at Comtech successfully generating business growth and managing several acquisitions. Prior to Comtech, he was responsible for new business acquisition and product management at Neustar, Movius and ADC. Earlier in his career he was CTO at IP Unity where he grew its international business, working with companies such as Nokia, Huawei, Cisco, and NEC. He holds an MBA in International Finance and a Doctorate of Business Administration in Technology Forecasting.

Jerry Su Color - SS8 Networks Leadership

Jerry Su

Chief Financial Officer

Jerry brings over 20 years of experience across Corporate Development, Finance, Operations and Product Strategy to the SS8 team. Previously, he was Vice President and GM of Global Strategy for Hexagon Safety & Infrastructure, a leading solutions provider for the Public Safety & Law Enforcement industry where he managed strategic and financial planning, M&A and business development. Jerry has also held senior positions in corporate strategy, M&A, business operations and product marketing at Symantec, the market leader in cyber security and Brocade, a global storage networking provider acquired by Broadcom. Before entering enterprise technology, Jerry launched his career in the Investment Banking & Brokerage industry working across sales and finance with FBR Capital Markets for nearly a decade. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of California, Irvine and an MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.

Eva Saravia

Chief Operating Officer

Eva brings more than 20 years of experience leading operations, scaling technology organizations, and supporting growth across the U.S. federal market. As Chief Operating Officer of SS8 Networks, she is focused on operational excellence and building the organizational capabilities to support the company’s continued growth.

Prior to joining SS8, Eva served as Chief Operating Officer of BAE Systems OneArc, where she led global operations across program management, contracts and compliance, IT, Human Resources, Sales Operations, and Technical Customer Support. During her tenure with OneArc and its predecessor, Bohemia Interactive Simulations, she helped scale the business through significant growth and ownership transitions and played a key role in post-acquisition integrations across geographies, including TerraSim and Sweden-based Pitch Technologies.

Earlier in her career, Eva held engineering and leadership roles at Northrop Grumman supporting complex U.S. government programs and began her career at The MathWorks. She holds a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University and an M.S. in Engineering Management from the University of Central Florida.

Dr. Cemal Dikmen

Chief Technology Officer & Security Officer

Cemal has been with SS8 since 1995. As SS8’s Chief Technology Officer, he plays an integral role in the company’s strategic direction, development, and future growth in regards to its security, personnel, physical assets, and information. A renowned expert and thought leader in the legal compliance and communications analysis domain, he has been a frequent speaker at various industry conferences over the past 10 years. Prior to joining SS8, Cemal held software engineering and business development positions at NewNet, ADC Telecommunications and Telenity. He holds BS, MS, and PhD degrees in Electrical Engineering.

Dr. Okan Yilmaz

Senior Vice President of Engineering

Dr. Okan Yilmaz is an accomplished technology leader with over 20 years of experience in driving innovation and leading software engineering teams. As the Senior Vice President of Engineering at SS8 Networks, he is responsible for the design, development, and quality assurance of mission-critical products, including lawful intercept mediation, mobile network location intelligence, Law Enforcement Monitoring Center solutions, and AI/ML-powered intelligence data collection and analytics.

Dr. Yilmaz’s expertise spans the full software development lifecycle for microservice-based, containerized, and high-availability solutions. Complementing his industry leadership, he has an extensive academic background, having served as an adjunct professor at Virginia Tech and the University of the District of Columbia and his research contributions include publications in Natural Language Processing, Software Reuse, and Mobile Computing. 

Dr. Yilmaz holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science (Mobile Computing) and an MBA (Entrepreneurship and Cybersecurity Management) from Virginia Tech. Additionally, he earned an M.S. in Computer Engineering (Artificial Intelligence) and a B.S. in Computer Engineering and Information Science from Bilkent University.

DeAnn Baker - SS8 Networks - Color

DeAnn Baker

Vice President of Marketing

DeAnn joined SS8 in August of 2020 as Vice President of Marketing. In her role, she oversees the company’s global marketing, brand, demand generation, communications and go-to-market strategy. She brings over 20 years of business strategy and marketing experience to the SS8 team and has extensive knowledge of the telecommunications market.

Prior to SS8, DeAnn was Vice President of Strategic Development and Marketing for the Enterprise Division at Comtech. There she oversaw the development of business strategy programs to drive revenue growth and the global marketing operations and execution.

DeAnn received a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University.

Andy Force

Vice President of U.S. Government Sales

Andy Force is Vice President of U.S. Government Sales at SS8, where he leads growth and customer engagement across the Federal Law Enforcement, Intelligence Community, and Department of War markets. He brings more than 15 years of experience building and leading federal sales organizations, developing mission-focused go-to-market strategies, and helping government customers deliver technology solutions that advance critical national security missions.

Andy’s background combines operational military experience, law-enforcement mission expertise, and proven sales leadership. He served as a United States Air Force ICBM Combat Crew Commander, responsible for the readiness and command of nuclear missile operations. He later supported the FBI in developing and implementing enterprise cyber strategy, counterterrorism and counterintelligence capabilities, and critical cyber workforce initiatives. Before joining SS8, Andy held senior federal growth and sales leadership roles at Tangram Flex, Amplify Federal, StreamSets, and IntelliBridge, where he built high-performing teams, grew public-sector portfolios, and led large-scale federal capture efforts. He holds an MBA in Space Systems Management from the University of Colorado and BA from the University of Delaware.

Syed Hussain

Vice President of Product Management

Syed Hussain has spent more than 20 years working in the telecommunication and cyber security industry in Engineering and Product Management leadership roles. He brings significant technical expertise to his role as VP of Product Management for SS8’s Lawful Intelligence products, covering Service Providers and Law Enforcement market domains. He has led architecture and design of 4G and 5G Lawful Interception solutions in Cloud and non-cloud environments. Syed represents SS8 in both ETSI and 3GPP standards bodies and at technology summits and holds a BS in Computer Science and Engineering.

Sangeeta Laud

Vice President of Finance & Accounting

Sangeeta Laud is the Vice President of Finance & Accounting at SS8, where she oversees all accounting operations and manages financial reporting, tax, audit, financial planning, and analysis. She also supports the company’s M&A activities. Prior to this role, Sangeeta served as SS8’s Corporate Controller. With over 20 years of professional experience in financial disciplines within technology companies, she brings a wealth of expertise to her position. Sangeeta holds a B.A. in Accounting, is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) (inactive) and has earned an MBA in Finance from Santa Clara University. She also is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Simon Patten

Vice President Account Management

Simon joined SS8 following a 30-year career with British Telecommunications Plc in the UK. For the majority of this time, Simon held senior sales and general management positions working with the defense, security and law enforcement agencies. He led teams selling and delivering a diverse range of solutions, including major national and international networks, computer network defense, and other security-based capabilities. Simon holds a BA in Business Studies and gained his MSC as a Sloan Fellow of the London Business School.
